Your business can’t outgrow the person running it.
A small-group program for entrepreneurs who are busy, capable, and running on fumes. We use AI to buy back your hours — then teach you what to do with them so you actually get calmer.
AI buys back hours. What you do with them decides whether you’re calm.
Most operators who adopt AI tools simply refill the time they save with more work. The inbox gets faster; the owner doesn’t get lighter.
The health of the operator sets the ceiling on the business.
The Calm Operator pairs practical automation with a plain-spoken system for protecting your energy — so the hours you win back go somewhere that compounds: sleep, focus, family, stillness, and clearer decisions about money.
Four energies. Your lowest one is your ceiling.
Every week starts with a quick read on all four. Try it now — drag each slider to where you honestly are this week.
Physical
Notice when your body is asking for rest. A stretch, a glass of water, an earlier bedtime, a “no” to one more plan.
Mental
Guard attention. Close the tabs, do one task at a time, and let creativity have room to work.
Emotional
Know who and what drains you. Set gentle boundaries; seek out spaces that feel safe and uplifting.
Spiritual
Ten minutes of stillness, prayer, gratitude, or a walk at the start or end of the day — anchored to something bigger than the to-do list.
Your energy check
Example values · 1–10Start here: one task at a time, tabs closed. We work this energy first in weeks 2–4.
Six weeks, one rhythm.
Six 90-minute sessions built on the Time Mastery framework, with the Four Energies as the lens for every decision.
- Week 1Track
See where the hours go
Baseline your four energies and track a real week — time, drains, and what actually moves the business.
- Week 2Design
Design a week around energy
Build an ideal week that protects your best hours, your stillness, and your family time.
- Week 3Optimize
Let AI take the busywork
Pick the repetitive tasks to automate, delegate, or drop — and set up the tools to do it.
- Week 4Do
Deep work, done calmly
Single-tasking, boundaries, and a daily shutdown so the reclaimed hours stay reclaimed.
- Week 5Financial health
Money as an output
Treat cash flow, pricing, and debt as results of the four energies — not a separate fire to fight.
- Week 6Review
Review and set the rhythm
Measure what changed, lock in weekly reviews, and leave with a 90-day plan you can keep.

Kevin
Kevin is a pharmacist and entrepreneur based in Newtown. He runs day-to-day operations for an independent pharmacy in Bucks County and helps businesses design practical AI solutions.
He built The Calm Operator after learning the hard way that systems and software only go so far — the operator’s own energy decides how far a business can grow.
Before you book
Do I need to be technical to use the AI parts?
No. Week 3 starts from the tasks you already do and picks tools that fit. If you can use email, you can follow along.
How much time does it take each week?
One 90-minute session plus about an hour of practice between sessions. The goal is to give you time back, not add to the pile.
How do I join the sessions?
Every session is live on Google Meet. Once you enroll, you’ll see the join link on the confirmation page and receive it by email. Use the same link all six Wednesdays.
What if I miss a session?
Each session is recorded and posted in the members’ area with its worksheet, so you can catch up before the next one.
Is this therapy or medical advice?
No. It’s a practical program for business owners. If something comes up that needs a clinician, we’ll point you to one.
What happens on the discovery call?
A 15-minute conversation about your business, your week, and whether this cohort is the right fit. No pressure either way.
Start with a 15-minute conversation.
Tell me about your business and your week. If The Calm Operator fits, I’ll save you a seat in the next cohort.
Pick any open 15-minute slot. The call is on Google Meet.
